Westlake Tower My client bought a small commercial building on Westlake, which has a high hip quotient but almost no creature comforts beyond a pool table in the lobby. Zoning changes and property values have boosted the property’s income potential; our intent is to effect a number of cosmetic changes to help the lobby convey its rise in status to prospective tenants.
